Melonfest Parade

Shelby got to march in the Melonfest Parade on Saturday with her cheerleading/pom poms group. She wasn't really into it at the beginning, but half way through the parade she started to smile and enjoy it.

Visit from Grandma and Grandpa Wilson

Jim's mom and step-dad came to town last week from Florida and stayed with us. They really enjoyed their time with the kids and the kids LOVED every minute with Grandma and Grandpa. Jimmy really took to Grandpa and they hung out together quit a bit. Here are a few pictures from their visit. Unfortunately, Jimmy wouldn't take his 'plug' out of his mouth to get a really good picture, and he wouldn't cooperate.

We have a Nephew :-)

We have a new baby in the family. My brother John and his wife Susan had a beautiful baby boy Monday. Jackson Frank Bernal came into the world at 3:18pm weighing 8lbs 12oz. He is doing good and Big Sister Maddie loves him very much from the pictures we have seen. Here is one that was sent to us yesterday from John.

We miss them all very much and can't wait to meet the new family member and have everyone together.
